The William Zaagman home is a landmark in the Lyndon area and located a short distance east of Lyndon on Rt. 2.

The 23 room mansion was built in 1858 by Giles Green.

It was a stagecoach stop for some years and an inn for weary travelers and drovers at that time.

In the upper floor are seven numbered rooms which were used by travelers in the 1800's.
