
Members were greeted at the door by Karl Over, master of ceremonies. Each one received a printed history of all former classmates. Hors de oeuvres were enjoyed and acquaintances renewed.
A buffet dinner was served at tables decorated with blue streamerrs and bouquets of gold mums and blue carnations. After dinner Karl Over welcomed classmates and guests. He introduced the reunion committee including Jeanine Cramer Hay, Bessie Book Over, Maxine Allen Gaumer and Betty Friend Weckesser andhonored guests, Mr. and Mrs. Roscoe Eades, Former Superintendent Eades addressed the group, recalling many old memories. All present signed a history to be sent to U.R. DeVoe.
Gifts were presented to the following classmates; Doris Wagner Parker, most children; Jim Hill, most bald; Bernice Wolf Voss, most recent marriage; Phil Hey, highest education and Marilyn Thielen Van Wassenhove, most distance traveled.
Dancing was enjoyed after dinner to music furnished by Julian Heane. The committee for the 25th reunion will be headed by Jim Haskell. Members attended from New York, Michigan, Florida, California, Wisconsin and Illinois.
