Having lived his Appointed Days may he be forever at rest in Heavenly Peace.
WILL
In the name of God amen. I John R Bailey of the city of Morrison in the County
of Whiteside and State of Illinois of the age of Fifty nine years and being of sound
mind and memory do make publish and declare this my last will and testament.
I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Lora E Bailey all my real estate and personal property of what nature or kind soever and I hereby appoint my
wife Lora E. Bailey sole executrix of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Eighteenth
day of July A D 1873 . /s/ John R Bailey (seal)
The above instrument was at the date thereof declared to us by John R Bailey
the testator therein mentioned to be his last will and testament and he at the
same time acknowledged to us and each of us that he had signed and sealed
the same and we therefore at his request and in his presence and in the presence
of each other signed our names thereto as attesting witnesses

Subscribed and sworn to before me, this 10th day of June A. D. 1876.
STATE OF ILLINOIS
WHITESIDE COUNTY, IN THE COUNTY COURT OF SAID COUNTY.
In Probate May Term, A. D. 1876. Personally appeared in open Court Edward
B Warner and M P Warner subscribing witnesses to the annexed instrument
of writing, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of John R Bailey late
of said county, deceased, who, being duly sworn according to law, do each depose
and say, that he was present and saw the said John R Bailey sign said instrument
as and for his last Will and Testament in their presence, and they at the same time,
at the request and in the presence of said testator and in the presence of each other
subscribed said Will as witness to the execution thereof, and that they believe
that the said testator was of sound mind and memory, of lawful age, and under
no constraint when he signed said Will. /s/ Ed. B. Warner M P Warner

the foregoing instrument was this day duly proven in open court admitted
