Contributed by Sue Meinyer Rocha:
The land originally belonged to John Sharp and Phoebe Ayres Sharp, and later to their oldest daughter, Mary Sharp Wagner and her husband, Dan Wagner.  George Sharp was their oldest son and is buried at the cemetery.  Their daughter Phebe Sharp Munier (later changed to Meinyer) was married to Augustus Munier, who owned the farm next to John and Phoebe Sharps.  She died in 1867, perhaps in childbirth.
