The three oldest houses in town, only one of which is now inhabited. The center one was once a restaurant. The little girl on the steps is Hazel Mae Loser. The other two buildings were once stores.   The Evangelical Church of Spring Bay  John Winkler, mayor of Spring Bay, who enjoys the sport of fishing, is seen examining his fishing pole.  H. A. Meehan, who delivers the mail to Spring Bay.  There is no railroad, so every house in the village receives its mail by rural delivery.  W. F.
