HAINS & MUNDELL & C   )      This indenture made and entered into this ninth

DEED                                  )      day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand

RESIN REDMAN                )      eight and eighteen between Benjamin Hains 

54, 55, 74                            )      and Mary his wife and Andrew Mundell

                                                   and Rachel his wife of the county of Clark in the state of Indiana of the one part andResin Redman of the County and state aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that the Benjamin Haines and Andrew Mundell and their respectively wives for and in consideration of the just and full sum of two hundred and forty three dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, and sold unto the said Resin Redman, unto his heirs and assigns forever three lots in the town of Greenville designated and numbered on the plat thereof by numbers 54-55 and seventy four, being sixty six feet in front and rear. To have and to hold the said lots of land with all the appurtenances and whatever unto the said Resin Redman and his heirs and assigns forever to his use, benefit and emolument and whatever and we the undersigned do warrant and forever defend the said lots and appurtenances by themselves heirs, executors, administrators also forever to the said Redman and his heirs whereunto the parties do agree and subscribed there name the day and year first above written.

     This day personally appeared before me Thomas Akers, one of the Justices of the peace assigned to keep the peace, Mary Hains and Rachel Mundell and after being separately examined from their husbands, deposeth and saith that they surrender their dower right to said lots.
