Obituary of L Freeman 'Free' Moore

services for L. Freeman (Free) Moore,
81, of 363 Ensley Avenue,
Auburn, will be
conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday
at the Dilgard & Cline funeral home in Auburn.
The Rev. Albert Clarke,
pastor of the Methodist church in Auburn
officiate at the services and burial will follow in Roselawn cemetery,
died unexpectedly at this home about 9:30 a.m. Sunday of a heart attack. He had been ill for about a week and a half
with an attack of influenza.
He was born
in Hamilton on March 12, 1876, and had
over 40 years. Mr. Moore
operated a machine shop at his home since he retired form the
old Auburn Automobile Company over 30 years ago. He
was employed there as a machinist.

He was a member of the Masonic lodge of Auburn and the
Masonic services will be held
at the funeral home at 8 o’clock tonight.
