CARTER'S INVINCIBLE







We whose names are hereto subscribed being citizens and residents of the State Of Indiana, agree to form ourselves into a Volunteer Militia Company
in the Indiana Legion, under the provisions of "An Act For The Organization And Regulation Of  The Indiana Militia" approved May 11 1861.
We severally undertake that we will uniform ourselves in accordance with the requirements of said law.
The company will be formed without delay at St. Paul's Church, Franklin township in Harrison County in said State and be called

CARTER'S INVINCIBLES.
