May Term of Court,
Sept. 1825. On motion of James Watkins, Jacob Keith and Thomas Winters,
Trustees of El Bethel (sic) Church ordered that Reed Crandall, Stephen
T. Beeman, and Edward Davis be appointed Commissioners to convey to the
said Trustees and their successors in office by deed the fee simple in
three acres and one hundred and thirty two rods of land agreeable to a
bond given by Win. Terry for the conveyance of the same, and make
return of these proceedings to the next Term of this Court.
Deed Bk.E, Pg.63. Dec. 15, 1825. Reed Crandall,
Jacob Keith and Thomas S. Winters, Trustees of Elbethel Church, all of
the County of Harrison and State of Ind. and Wm. Terry, late of said
Co., deceased, did to wit on the 30th day of June, 1821 execute his
bond for the conveyance of a certain piece of land to the Church
aforesaid. And whereas the Trustees aforesaid did to wit at the called
Session of the Probate Court at their Sept. Term obtain their order for
conveying the same it being part of the SW Quarter of Sect. 14, Twp. 2,
Range 2, beginning at a white oak tree near the road leading to
Leavenworth Mills...
Misc. Bk.1, Pg.126, Election of Trustees. Pursuant
to twelve days notice, in writing posted up in three public places in
the town of Milltown and its vicinity, the Milltown Regular Baptist
Church convened at its usual place for worship on Thursday, June 3,
1886. And did then and there by unanimous vote, elect Conrad TJtz,
Samuel Taylor, and Charles W. Rowlings, Trustees for said church, to
serve as such during the will and pleasure of the Church.
Deed Bk.I-3, Pg.214 Aug. 24, 1886. Edward C. Powers
and wife Margaret of Crawford Co., convey to Conrad , Samuel Taylor,
and Charles W. Rawlings, Trustees, the following real estate to wit:
Commencing at the NE corner of the Milltown Graveyard, thence North 62
feet. .., the above land being a part of the SW Quarter of Sect. 14,
Twp. 2, Range 2, containing one fifth of an acre.
Deed Bk.G-4, Pg.146 Aug. 3, 1903. Wm. C. Stephenson,
Wm. F. Bruce, and Theadore H. Smith, Trustees of Elbethel Regular
Baptist Church of Pilot Knob, Crawford Co. and authorized Trustees at
present of the Cemetery at Milltown, by authority of said Elbethel
Church, convey to the following named Trustees, Bros. John H. Gibbs,
Adam Utz, and Wm. T. Creech of the Regular Primitive Baptist Church,
called Milltown. All the following real estate in Harrison Co. to wit:
Part of the SW Quarter of Sect. 14, Twp. 2, Range 2, beginning at a
white oak tree near the road leading to Leavenworth’s Mills and. ..,
containing three acres and 132 rods.

widower, conveys to the Trustees of the Regular Baptist Church at
Milltown to wit: A part of East corner of the old graveyard..., to
place of beginning, the same being in Sect. 14 in the Creech’s Addition
to the town of Milltown.

Regular Baptist Church at Milltown to G.E. Waltz, commencing at the NW
corner of Ora Walk’s grave running South 20 feet East 9 ft., North 20
ft., West 9 ft., to place of beginning, the same being in Sect. 14,
Twp. 2, Range 2.
Deed Bk.X-5, Pg.229. July 6, 1956. Wm. M. Girder and
wife Clara, convey to East Audubon Baptist Church of Jefferson Co., Ky.
to wit: A part of the SE Quarter of Sect. 14, Twp. 2, Range 2,
beginning at the SE corner of the lands now owned by the grantors and
where the East line of the lands of the grantors herein intersects the
right of way of State Rd. 64..., to the lands now owned by Guy Spencer,
containing two acres.

April 4, 1968. Blue River Twp. virginia Atz Swarens, now by marriage,
Virginia A. Carr and husband Aden B. Carr, convey to trustees of the
