Wednesday, 20th, Miss Lucinda Van Valkenburg died, 90 years of age.

Van Winkle, S.P.
Died on Monday, July 18th (1910) another war veteran, S. P. Van Winkle, nearly 92 years of age. He was an active citizen of Crown Point for many years, was a war member of the 12th Indiana Cavalry, and died at the home of a nephew in Walkerton, Indiana.

Vasos, Helen - age 55, of Hebron, died Thursday, April 24, 1986, Pruzin Brothers Funeral Home, Merrillville. (Post Tribune, April 26, 1986 - Submitted by K. Torp)


Viant, John W.
May 13. (1909) The news arrived in Lowell of the death, in Tacoma, Wash., of the early prominent merchant, John W. Viant, on Sunday, May 2. He was born in Canada West, September 18, 1834. He commenced business in Lowell in 1857, and was an active, useful citizen.
