Dubuque County News Index Execution in Iowa - N. A. Johnson, who killed M. Ostland, near Dubuque, was hung at Delhi, in Delaware county, where he had his last trial, last Friday. He made a confession of the crime, and appeared to die without fact. He adjusted the rope around his own neck, and seemed to urge on the execution as speedily as possible.
