(The Idaho Statesman, Boise, Idaho, Published July 09, 1903) Search Made For Woman Now Missing Cheyenne police have been asked to search for Mrs. Lura Ella Goggin, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Hinthhorn who formerly lived at 423 West Twenty-fourth street in Cheyenne. Roy A. Goggin, husband of the woman, and father of two children whom he says have disappeared with her, lives at Estherville, Iowa, and in a message to the chief of police here he declares that his wife came to Cheyenne more than a year ago to visit her parents who have since removed to Columbus, Ohio. Mrs. Goggin, soon following her visit here, he alleges went to Pine Bluffs and wrote back to her parents that she was not going home to Iowa, and that her trip to Pine Bluffs several months ago was taken in order to mislead her husband. The message to the chief of police stated that a sister of Mrs. Goggin, whose name is Mrs. Erwin Rice lives on a farm six miles east of Cheyenne. The police know nothing of the woman and efforts to locate her or the two boys, Ralph and Merrill have failed.
