The Albert Knagbeil place which was offered at public auction by the administrators of the estate Tuesday did not find a buyer. We understand that but $60 per acre was offered and that it is worth all of $80.

Notice is hereby given, that the under signed has been duly appointed and qualified as administrator of the estate of John C. Little late of Plymouth county, deceased. All persons indebted to said Estate are requested to make immediate payment; and those having claims against the same will present them, duly authenticated to the undersigned for allowance. M. Two farms belonging to the Franz Ruhland estate were sold last week to the deceased's children. Norbert and Frank Ruhland purchased the 278 acres near Struble for $100 an acre. Another farm in Sioux county, consisting of 80 acres was sold to Joe and Katie Ruhland for $80 an acre. Both farms are well improved.
