Flint Cemetery is located just west and a little south of Griswold. It was first known as Rhode Island Ridge Burial Ground. It was established about 1875 on land donated by John Flint and wife Mary Pierson. In the beginning it was located on the west side of theroad and later moved to the east side of the road.
