CLARENCE ADELBERT FOOTE, 78, local resident most of his life died Monday in a convalescent home. Mr. Foote was a blacksmith and house mover and a member of the Reorganized Latter Day Saints Church.

Surviving are four sons: George, Samuel, Basel and Charles of Council Bluffs; three daughters, Mrs. Mary Townsend, Mrs. Ruth Kelsey and Mrs. Mildred Kreger, all of Council Bluffs; two brothers, two sisters, 3 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
