The Twenty-Ninth (29th) Paragraph of the Will of Clara L. Brandt, deceased" I hereby give, bequeath and devise to American Trust Company, of Davenport, Iowa, a corporation under the laws of Iowa, and Northern Trust Company, of Chicago, Illinois, a corporation under the laws of Illinois as Trustees, all my right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in the city of Chicago, in the County of Cook and State of Illinois. to-wit:
All that part of the South half of Block 26 of Kinzie's Addition to Chicago and Lots 1 and 2 in block 17 of Wolcott's Addition to Chicago, bounded and described as following:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said block 26 thence running West along the South line of said Block 26 and of said lots 1 and 2 - 79.75 feet; thence running North on a line parallel with the East line of said Block 26- 109 feet to the north line parallel with the South line of said lots 1 and 2 and block 26, - 79.75 feet to the East line of said block 26; thence running South along the said East line 109 feet to the place of beginning, intending hereby to convey all of said Lot 1 and the East 1 foot of Lot 2 in block 17 of Wolcott's Addition to Chicago and also the South half of block 26 of Kinzie's Addition to Chicago;and also
The West 6 inches of the East 18 inches front and rear of lot 2,also an undivided one-half of what remains of said 2 excepting the East 1 foot and the West 30 feet of said Lot 2 in Block 17 Wolcott's addition to Chicago, subject to the conditions concerning a private alley or passage way and payment of taxes and assessments, as provided in a deed from Frank F. Oviatt to one Frank M. Luce, date October 15th, 1889 and Recorded in the Recorder's office of Cook County, Illinois in Book 2725 of Records at page 408.
The tract of real estate above described is subject to a 99 year lease by Clara Louise Brandt and Emma Charlotte Brandt to Walter S. Ross, which lease is recorded in the Recorder's Office of Cook County, IL, as Document 8695151.
My trustees above named and their successor or successors, shall collect the rents and other income and revenues, if any, from the tract of real estate above described, under the aforesaid lease, for and during the term thereof and I hereby specifically give and bequeath the rents and income from said real estate to my said Trustees. My said Trustees shall hold said tract of real estate, taking same subject to the aforesaid lease, if said lease shall be in effect at the date of my death and mange said real estate and again lease same or sell the same and hold said real estate, the lands and income there from or the proceeds of a sale thereof as a trust fund and pay the net income each year or at more frequent intervals, if practicable as follows:
One half of the net income to the board of Trustees of Ziegler Memorial Lutheran Church, at New Era, Muscatine County, Iowa. The remaining one-half of the net income from the aforesaid trust shall be paid out and distributed by my trustees as follows:
A- To Emma C. Blake, my cousin, residing in Colorado, if shall survive me, the sum of $600.00 per year, payments to be made in at least 4 equal installments.
B.- To Irene B. Palmer, of Staunton, Virginia, sum of $600.00 per year, paid out in at least 4 equal installments.
C.- To Maria Weisse, of Los Angeles, CA the sum of $600.00 per year, payments to be made in at least 4 equal installments.
D.- The remainder of the aforesaid one-half of the said income paid out at least quarterly to Moline Lutheran Hospital and the board of trust of Moline, IL.
As each of the thee persons, Emma C. Blake, Irene B. Palmer and Maria Weisse shall die, the income that they received shall be paid to the Moline Lutheran Hospital.

I, Emma C. Blake, residing at Ridge, Colorado... I was born on Nov. 1, 1861 and that on Oct. 12, 1930...I was 68 years old 11 months and 12 days.

Report of Receipts and Disbursements from Jan. 29, 1937 to Oc. 13, 1939
The Trustee calls attention to the fact that its duties and responsibility relate solely to net income received by it from Northern Trust Company of Chicago, derived from a building on Ohio and State Street in Chicago, IL, which said Northern Trust Company manages as Trustee. Davenport Bank and Trust Company as Trustees has received no income since Dec. 3, 1937. It is advised by Northern Trust Company that the property is very badly ran down and that it is fortunate that the city authorities have not condemned the building. At present it is rented for $225.00 per month and the expense of operating the building, including taxes, is approximately equal to the gross income. There being no capital available to rehabilitate or improve the building the prospects of this Trustee's receiving any net income in the near future are very remote.April 12, 1940 the 3rd report hearing notices was mailed to the the following persons and institutions at the address designated in each instance:

Statement of Receipts and Disbursements From Oct. 13, 1939 to Sept. 20, 1943Aug. 1942
Net proceeds of sale of building at Ohio and State St., Chicago, Illinois less $50 retained to Northern Trust Company for contingent expenses $22, 149. 10That on or about Aug. 18, 1943, Emma C. Blake, Irene Palmer and Maria Weisse, sold, transferred and assigned all their respective rights, titles and interests than had or which they or any of them might thereafter acquire in this trust estate to the Ziegler Memorial Lutheran Church of New Era, Iowa. That said assignment was filed for record in the office of the Clerk of Court Sept. 4, 1943. And that the said parties no longer have any interest in this trust estate.
Order Terminating Trust
Entered by this Court Oct. 21, 1952 that all assets of the trust have now been liquidated and distributed and that there exists no reason why the Trustees should not be discharged and this trust terminated. Signed by the Judge Dec. 4, 1952
