The will of the late Mrs.. M. F. Ackley, was filed in the probate court yesterday afternoon.
All her property is bequeathed to her husband, W. A. Ackley.

Yesterday the will of the late Francis A. Perrier who died in Davenport on the 14th inst., was filed for probate.
He bequeaths to his wife, Willella Perrier, in lieu of dower, one-third of his property, real and personal.
All the rest of his estate he gives to his daughter, Victoria M. Oscar, of St. Louis. E.S. Carl is appointed executor of his estate without bond.
The instrument is dated March 1887, and is witnessed by J. L. Smith and Robert Munro.
