family from Leon, West Va., arrived in Allerton last week and will occupy the J. B. Duncan property as soon as
his goods arrive. Mr. L. is a gentleman and we hope he will like the place here. He is engaged in the meat market

Word comes from Summerfield, Kas., that the death of Uncle George Johnson, a former old resident three miles west of Allerton, occurred a few days ago.
