WANTS  DIVORCE;  CHARGES  CRUELTY

Mrs. Mary Malone, through her attorney, Noah Bowman, has filed a petition in the district court for a divorce from her husband, William Malone.  She charges him with extreme cruelty.  They reside in Orchard Park addition.

In her petition Mrs. Malone recites that they were married June 5, 1901, and soon after, their domestic happenings was disturbed by reason of his uncontrollable temper; that they have no children.  Her prayer to the court is for divorce, the restoration of her maiden name, and an equitable division of the property.
