ALDRICH,  SON

A son was born at the Atchison hospital Saturday night to Mr. and Mrs. Newell Aldrich.  The baby, their first child, is a grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Ern Seybold and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Aldrich.  Mrs. Aldrich was Virginia Seybold before her marriage.  Mr. Aldrich has position with the Atchison Water Co. here.

A baby girl arrived at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bales, of Straight creek, Sunday.

A son, Kevin Gerard, was born Saturday at the Seneca hospital to Mr. and Mrs. Bill Hegarty.  The Hegartys have two other sons, Bill, Jr., and Dennis.  Mrs. Ernest Hegarty, 701 Y, is the grandmother.

FINNIGAN,  NORA

CELEBRATES  HER  100th  BIRTHDAY

Atchison, Kan., Nov. 4 --- Mrs. Nora Finnigan, who resides with her son, Thomas Finnigan, at Good Intent, was 100 years of age Tuesday.  She is the mother of 11 children and has never experienced any illness to speak of.

KEW,  BILL

Bill Kew, farmer, surely belongs to The Globe's Fifty Year club.  February 12 Mr. Kew celebrated his sixty-ninth birthday.  He has lived in this territory since he was three years old.  He was born in Hastings, Minn.
