QUEEN, CORA E.
Mrs. Cora E. Queen, 100, died early Tuesday morning.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Dietz-Carlson Colonial Chapel with burial in Walnut Valley Memorial Park.
Mrs. Queen was born April 14, 1878 in Navarra County, Texas, the daughter of J. W. and Josephine Williams Burton. She married James Cagle and he died in 1914. She later married George Queen and he died in 1950. She had made her home in barman, Okla, until 1968, at which time she moved to El Dorado, where she lived until her death. She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Amon Cagle of Sacramento, Calif., two daughters, Mrs. R. V. Austin of El Dorado and Mrs. Grant Jacobs of Fruitland, Idaho, eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and nine great great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, two sons, two daughters and 11 brothers and sisters. (El Dorado Times, March 27, 1979)

QUILLEN, FORREST F.
Forrest F. Quillen, 84, Wichita, brother of Blanche Bally of Augusta, died Saturday at a hospital in Winfield.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Wichita Park Cemetery. Rev. Michael ODonnell will officiate.
He was born March 25, 1900 in Andover to Frank and Mary Rogers Quillen.
He married Mae Taggert. She preceded him in death.
He was a retired Boeing Military Aircraft Co. employee. He worked in shipping and receiving.
Other survivors include a son, Forrestt II of Kansas City, Mo., sister, Murrell wager of Wichita, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

QUIMBY, EUNICE LAVINA
Eunice Lavina Quimby, 86 of Leon, died early Friday morning at the El Dorado Nursing Center. Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Leon United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the Leon Cemetery.
She was born Dec. 27, 1897 at Great Bend, the daughter of William A. and Lucretia Eunice Elder Brown. She married Loy S. Quimby on July 16, 1919 at Great Bend and they moved to Leon in 1948 from Ogden. She and her husband owned and operated the Quimby Cleaners in Leon until retiring in 1965. Mrs. Quimby was a member of the Methodist Church at Great Bend; member of the Little Walnut Chapter 362, O.E. S., Leon; an honorary member of the O. E. S. at Mathis, Texas, and a member and Past Noble Grand of Naomi Chapter, Rebekah Lodge, 566, Leon.
Survivors are her husband, Loy of the home; and several nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons and two daughters, including Helen, who died in 1981.
Memorials for the Leon United Methodist Church may be sent to the church or left at Carlson Funeral Home where friends may call. (El Dorado Times, April 20, 1984)

She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Rebekah Lodge, both at Leon.
Other survivors include nieces and nephews.

Services for Eunice L. (Mrs. Loy) Quimby, 86, of Leon, were held Tuesday, afternoon at the Leon United Methodist Church. Burial followed the services in the Leon Cemetery. She died Friday, April 20.
The Rev. Jean Wilcox, pastor of the church, officiated at the services. Mrs. George Coulter, at the organ, played the prelude and the postlude. Mrs. Harold Hammer and Mrs. Paul Morris sang In the Garden and It is No Secret.
Casket bearers were Charles Eaton, Orlin Butts, Gerald Schuetz, Don Tatum, John Shell and Charles Dixon.
Eastern Star services were conducted at the graveside by Little Walnut Chapter No. 362, Order of the Eastern Star at Leon.

QUINN, IMOGENE
Funeral services were held April 28 at Phoenix, Ariz., for former El Dorado resident Imogene Quinn, who died April 25, at Phoenix. Her husband is I.G. (Sam) Quinn, who operated an insurance business in El Dorado prior to their move to Arizona. (El Dorado Times, May 7, 1973)
