An act to authorize the township of Toledo, in Chase County, Kansas to use the surplus of its general township fund to pay interest on its township bonds.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
SECTION 1. That the township board of Toledo township, in Chase County, Kansas, be and is hereby authorized to use the township fund now accumulated in the township treasury of said township to pay the interest on the bonds of said township, to such an extent as it may deem necessary.
SEC. 2 This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication once in the Chase County Leader.
