WOODS, FRANK ~ WITHAM, FRANCES L.
We have thought that we could hear the faint tinkle of marriage bells for some time and that they steadily grew clearer and louder, but we were sure that we were not mistaken when the news came to our eas that Mr. Frank E. Woods and Miss Frances L. Witham were united by the holy bonds of matrimony, in the probate judge's office in St. Francis last Wednesday, October 18. Mr. Woods is one of our hustling land men and one of our most respected young men. Miss Witham is one of our most charming and highly accomplished young ladies and we join their host of admiring friends, in wishing them all the joys that God and man can give.
