BUSCH, LOVA ANN "TOOTIE"

Lova Ann "Tootie" Busch, 60, New Albany, formerly of Wichita, died Friday, June 12, 2009, at her home.

She was born Jan. 2, 1949, in Dexter, Mo., to Carl Richard and Daisy Faye Mace Goodman.

On Jan. 13, 1967, in Wichita she married Donald E. Busch. He survives.

She was a licensed practical nurse for more than 20 years, working most recently at the Wilson County Sheriff's Department. She attended the Church of God in Fredonia.

Other survivors include two daughters, Cyndee A. Scarborough, Shawnee, Okla., and Loretta C. Nottingham, New Albany; a son, Kenneth W. Busch, New Albany; two brothers, Daniel Theodore Goodman, Missouri, and Clarence Edward Goodman, New Albany; a sister, Linda Darlene Ellenbarger, Arkansas; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Donald E. "Skippy" Busch Jr.; and a brother, Carl R. "Dick" Goodman Jr.

Funeral will be 10:30 a.m. today at Timmons Funeral Home Chapel, Fredonia. Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. at the Red Bud East Cemetery near Udall.

Contributions to Hospice Care of Kansas and Cancer Center of Kansas may be sent to the funeral home.

Collins, Derrel D., Oklahoma City, OK, 60, truck driver died Thursday, May 19, 2005. No visitation. Private family services. Derrel is preceded in death by parents; wife, Sharon; daughter, Shannon; brothers, Alvin and Larry.

COX, LINDA

UDALL - Cox, Linda, age 59, died Monday, May 4, 2009. No public visitation. Service 11am Thursday, at The United Methodist Church-Udall, 305 S. Church.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; one sister.

Survivors include: husband, Lonnie Cox; children, Stoney (Becky) Cox, Larry (Andrea) Cox, Sherrell (Dale) Morrow, Nickie (Will) McCollum, all of Udall; grandchildren, Morgan, Megan, Shelby, Ryon, Trey, Alex, Rylie, Christy, John, Cathy, Nicole, Logan, Nolan, Audrie, Emalie, and Ivvie; great grandchildren, Alexis, Jordan, Logan, Thomas, Whitney, Angelina, and Damien; one brother and one sister.

FRISBIE, GEORGE M.

UDALL - Frisbie, George M., 87, passed away May 16, 2004 at his home on the Cherokee Strip. Visitation 9 am- 8 pm Tuesday; service 2 pm Wednesday all at Senter-Smith Mortuary, Mulvane.

George was born April 14, 1917 in Kewaunee, WI, the son of the late Raymond & Mable (Plummer) Frisbie. In the spring of 1954 he married Tessie Marie Hermsen in western Kansas. Throughout his lifetime, George had a true love for flying. He worked for Cessna 28 years, where he retired in 1982. George was a flight instructor at the Cessna Flying Club and later as a private instructor. One of his former students, Steve Robinson, is a space shuttle astronaut. George was also one of the original landowners of the Cherokee Strip Airport Homeowners Association.

George was preceded in death by a son, David; a brother, Arthur. He is survived by his wife, Tessie; sons & daughter-in-law, John & Julie, George Frisbie, Jr; daughter & son-in-law, Bonnie & Terry Padfield, Zenda; brother, Robert, 5 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; many friends. Memorials have been established with Heartland Hospice & EAA Aviation Center.

WILKERSON, MARGARET BLANCHE DANIELS

Wilkerson, Margaret Blanche Daniels, 94, former Wichita Eagle secretary, Boeing Co. purchasing department employee and savings and loans and legal secretary, died Monday, March 3, 2003. Memorial service 11 a.m. Saturday, First United Methodist Church Chapel.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church for over 70 years, and the Fidelis Sunday School Class, as well as the United Methodist Women.

Preceded in death by husband, William T. Wilkerson; son, Thomas Lynn; sisters, Lillian Feese and Ruth Palmer Parks.

Survivors: son and daughter-in-law, Daniel L. and Kay L. Wilkerson of Bellingham, Wash.; daughter and son-in-law, Joan and Dent Hamilton of Seligman, Ariz.; grandchildren, Teresa Hamilton Walters, Luisa Hamilton Phelan, Steven W. Hamilton and Jonathan W. WILKERSON, WILLIAM T.

Wilkerson, William T., 91, retired insurance and real estate salesman, died Sunday, Sept. 27, 1992. Memorial service 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, First United Methodist Church.

Survivors: wife, Margaret; son, Daniel of Bellingham, Wash.; daughter, Joan Hamilton of Bullhead City, Ariz.; four grandchildren; eight great- grandchildren. Memorial has been established with First United Methodist Church T.V. Broadcast Ministry. De Vorss Flanagan-Hunt Mortuary.
