KINSLEY, EDWARDS COUNTY

A town on the A. T. & S. F. R. R., 300 miles west of the Missouri River. The town has two fine schools, three banks, and a good system of water supply.  Its churches, three in number, are substantial and commodious. Two papers are published in the place. The inhabitants are a class of people that have energy and will build up the place and make it grow from its present number, which is about 1,000
