Margaret Bellamy was granted a divorce from George D. Bellamy and a division of property according to an agreement that had been reached.

J. J. Bishop was given an absolute divorce.  His wife had left him and is now in Colorado.

BROWN

Susan E. Brown vs. S. A. Brown, divorce to plaintiff, custody of child, $250 and land in Gray and Morton counties, $125 to be paid in thirty days, $125 ninety days thereafter, $250 semi-annually until $1250 shall have been paid.  Past due judgment to draw six per cent interest.

CHARLET

The divorce case of Carry E. Charlet was heard by the court and divorce granted to plaintiff.  In the property settlement she was given three quarters of land in Hamilton county subject to mortgage of $1,600 and 1922 taxes.  The remainder of the property to remain the property of Mr. Charlet.  The minor child was left in the custody of her mother till the close of school in May, after that she will be in the custody of her aunt, Mrs. H. H. Hurd of this city and her maintenance will be paid by her father.  Both parents are permitted to visit her at reasonable intervals and she may spend vacation times with either but not for more than two weeks at any one time, and is not to be taken out of the state without the consent of the court.  Defendant to pay costs of suit and divorce not to be in effect until after six months.

Lena Daugherty was granted a divorce from H. O. Dougherty and $500 alimony.  A motion for a new trial was filed.
