1926 Will of Alexander Lee Camren




In the Name of God, Amen

I, Alexander Lee Camren of Lenora in the County of Graham, State of Kansas, being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT:

FIRST, I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.

SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath
FIRST, to my sister Nancy Jane Smith the sum of $200.

SECOND; To my sister Betty Manahan the sum of $200.

THIRD; To my Neice Meron Herren the sum of $200.

FOURTH;To my Nephiew Chester Lee Woodside the sum of $500. the said sum of $500. to be held in trust until the said Chester Lee Woodside shall become of age,at which time it shall be given him.

FIFTH; To my sister Minervia A. Sines such part of the rents or income off of the South-east Quarter and the North-west Quarter of Section Twelve (12) in Township Six (6) South of Range Twenty-five (25) West of the 6 .P.P. in Graham County,Kansas as shall be necessary for her support during the remainder of her lifetime.

SIXTH;All the remainder of my estate both real and personal after the payment of the bequests above mentioned and for the support of my sister Minervia A.Sines during the remainer of her life time I hereby give,devise and bequeth to my Sister Ida Woodside.

LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint Ida Woodside, to be Executor of this my las Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 21st day of June in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred twenty-six

This instrument was on the day of the date thereof, signed, published and declared by the said testator Alexander Lee Camren, to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request have subscribed our names thereto as witnesses in his presence and in the presence of each other.
