I G. C Godard of Gradan, Graham County, KS Being of the age of sixty four years and of Sound mind and Memory do hereby Proclaim the following as my Last Will and Testament.
# To My Beloved Wife L. O. Godard I Bequeath all of my Property Both Real Estate and personal to have and to hold and controal and use the same for her own personal Want as she thinks Best as Long as She Shall Live and then if there Remains at her Death any Property either Real or Personal the Same Shall Be eaqually Divided among and to Each one of our Children at that time Living.
## I hereby appoint my Wife Lucinda O. Godard to Be the Executor of the above will and Testament and to act as Such without giving Bond. This Signed by me this the 13th day of Jan 1900.
