CAMPBELL,  CLAYTON  EDWARD

SON  BORN  IN  CIMARRON

Mr. and Mrs. Curt Campbell, Cimarron, announce the birth of a son, Clayton Edward, on Sept. 24.  His sister Cassie, 5-1/2, was there to greet him.

Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Luther Campbell, 606 Kearney street, and the paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Bill Davis, Emporia, formerly of Atchison.

Paternal great-grandparents are Mrs. Mae Hundley, 1032 Riley street, and Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Davis, 914 Division street.  Mrs. Josephine Campell, Kansas City, Mo., and Mrs. Martha Cade, 1015 Kansas avenue, are the paternal great grandmothers.

CASSELL, EDITH JANE

Edith Jane Cassel was born at Montezuma, Kansas, February 15, 1890, the youngest child of Christopher C. Cassel and Eva May Clark. (A Genealogy of the Shobe, Kirkpatrick and Dilling families, Franklin Dilling Shobe, 1950)

LINLEY,  CAROLINE  ELAINE

Mr. and Mrs. Chesterman Linley of Cimarron announce the birth of a daughter, Caroline Elaine, October 26.  Mrs. Linley, who was Miss Mildred Allen, lived north of town.  She is a graduate of the school of fine arts and Mr. Linley of the law school at the University of Kansas.  He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Linley of Lawrence.
