Welcome to Kansas Trails' Harper County. Our goal is helping you find your ancestors by placing data online for the Free use of all researchers.  We are proud to expand Kansas with Harper County, providing our "experience" gained from years of researching our ancestors and website hosting.  We want to hear about you and the history of your ancestors from this beautiful State. Harper County was organized in 1873. It was named for 1st Sgt. Marion Harper, 2nd Reg., Kansas Cavalry, who was killed in the Civil War.
