(The Blue Mound Sun, August 24 and 31, 1922) (First published in the Blue Mound Sun August 24, 1922) Executrix’s Notice The State of Kansas, Linn County, ss In the Probate Court in and for Said County, In the matter of the estate of Samuel Priest, deceased. Notice is hereby given that Letters of the Execution have been granted to the undersigned on the estate of Samuel Priest, late of said County, deceased, by the Honorable, the Probate Court of the county and state aforesaid, dated the 9th day of August A.D. 1922. Now, all persons having claims against the said estate are hereby notified that they must present the same to the undersigned for allowance within one year from the date of said letters or they may be precluded from any benefit of such estate, and that if such claims be not exhibited within two years after the date of said letters, they shall be forever barred.
