Bettye Lou Spector, 79, Raytown, MO, passed away August 14, 2004, at home. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, August 17, 2004, at Missouri Funeral Care. Friends may call 6- 7:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Bettye was born November 30, 1924, in Parker, KS. She was preceded in death by her husband Martin Spector. She is survived by daughters Leslye McGill, Linda Sanders, Lana Duer, Cheryl Belcher; sisters Mary Zimmerman, Rosalie Rues, Evelyn Clearwater; brothers Junior Smith, Melvin Smith, Wendell Smith; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and two great- great-grandchildren.
