MEADE COUNTY, KANSAS MARRIAGES BAUGHMAN, JOHN W. ~ WILLIAMSON, ELLA Mr. John W. Baughman and Miss Ella Williamson were married Saturday at the home of Mr. Sturgis in this city, Rev. W. R. Maxwell of Cheney officiating. The groom is a well known and successful real estate dealer who formerly lived here and was connected with the firm of Freeman & Freeman, but is now located at Plains, Meade County, Kansas, and is a partner in the firm of Edwards & Baughman of that place. Mr. Baughman owns several thousand acres of Meade County land as well as several hundred acres in the vicinity of Cheney. The bride is the daughter of W. H. Williamson who lives north of Cheney and is a very popular and amiable young lady. The young couple left at 5 p.m. Saturday for Denver, Colorado, and other points in Colorado, where they will remain until July 28, when they will return to Meade county where they will permanently locate.
