He was born Oct. 26, 1930, in Ost, the son of August and Elizabeth Bergkamp Lampe. He was a retired farmer.
On Nov. 19, 1960, he married Roberta Seiwert in Garden Plain. She survives.

GARDEN PLAIN - Sakis, Anthony "Tony", 90, retired Boeing machinist, passed away early Saturday morning, November 12, 2005 in Wichita. Tony was born November 3, 1915 in Chicago, Illinois, the only child of Michael & Barbara Sakis. On August 16, 1941 he married Amelia E. Fisher in Garden Plain, KS and became a part of the large, loving Fisher family. His hobbies included coin and stamp collecting, woodworking and making people laugh. He also loved music and played the harmonica. Tony was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus, a past city councilman, and school board member. He was a veteran of WWII and retired from Boeing after 33 years. Mrs Bertha M. Medley, 66 of 247 S. Hillside, died Thursday, Services will be at 2 pm, Monday at the Resthaven Mortuary. Burial will be in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Born at Blanch, Mo., Mrs Medley came to Wichita in 1943 from Medicine Lodge, Kan. She worked for a sign company in Wichita during World War II and later at Buck's department store a short time.
