HERRINGTON, GEORGE LAMOINE (SGT.)
Herrington, George Lamoine, 83, passed away Sunday,
April 4, 2004. He was preceded in death by Audrie, his wife of 59 years. Visitation, Wednesday, 9 a.m.-8p.m. at
Webb-Shinkle Mortuary Chapel, Clearwater. Services 10 a.m. Thursday, Northside Church of Christ. George was employed
by Wilbur E. Walker, Co. for 50 years as an Office Machines Salesman. During WWII, he served in the U.S. Army Signal
Corps in the Philippines obtaining the rank of Sergeant First Class. Survivors include : Children and spouses,
Jerry and Pat Herrington, Gary and Nancy McPherson, R.A. and Carla Herrington, Kevin and Julie Herringt on and
Michael and Dana Nye. Grandchildren: Anthony, Daniel, John, Paul, Joshua, and David Herrington, Airic, Stephen,
and Todd McPherson, Mathew, Lindsay, and Laura Herrington, Nash, Channing, and Piper Herrington and Tressie Nye.

Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2003 at Lakeview Village. Private family service will be held at a later date. Mary was born
Aug. 9, 1909 in Carbine, KS, to Ernest and Ida Hart. She was a resident of Kansas City for most of her life. After
graduation from Kansas Univesity in 1932, she taught in the Kansas City, KS public schools. Mary was a 50 year
member and past president of Chapter BC of the PEO Sisterhood. She was preceded in death by her husband, S.R. "Chuck"

Howard (Ralph) Lauterbach, 66, of Brownwood, Texas
and a former resident of the El Dorado area, died Sunday, Dec. 12, 2004 in Abilene, Texas.
Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 23 at Carlson Funeral Home in El Dorado. Interment will follow
in the Noel Cemetery in Peck.
He was born Aug. 28, 1938 in Viola, the son of Howard and Pauline (Rolls) Lauterbach.
He graduated from El Dorado High School and was a heavy equipment operator, living in Texas for many years.
He was a member of the Army National Guard in Augusta for a short time. Ralph was a member of the Church of Christ.
He was married to Joyce Weber and they later divorced. He later married Melissa Messec, and she survives.
Others who survive are a son, John Ralph Lauterbach of Olathe; three daughters, Latisha Pelton, Jennifer Puckett
and Stephanie Lauterbach, all of Olathe; his father, Howard Lauterbach of El Dorado; a brother, Hubert Lauterbach,
also of El Dorado; four sisters, Diana Rader of Huntington, Pa., Darley Huskey of Sutherland, Ore., Teresa Travnichek
of Rosalia and Debra Greenfield of Augusta; and four grandchildren.
Carlson Funeral Home in El Dorado is handling the arrangements.

her last years even though she was battling cancer. She touched many as she went through her treatments and showed
us her strength.
