Volume II, Page 72) MENLO, a village in Thomas County is located in the township of the same name on the Union Pacific R. R., 16 miles southeast of Colby, the county seat. It has a bank, 2 elevators, several general stores, telegraph and express offices and a money order postoffice with two rural routes. The population in 1910 was 200.
