Bracken Circuit - March Term 1827
The President & Directors of the Bank of the Commonwealth, complainants vs. Eli Tucker and others, defendants.
The defendants, William Helm, Thomas Helm, Samuel Helm, Merideth Helm, and the heirs of Merideth Helm, deceased, and the heirs of Charles Ford, whose names are unknown, not having entered their appearance herein, agreeably to law and the rules of this court, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that they are not inhabitants of this commonwealth; Upon the motion of the complainant, it is ordered, that they appear here on or before the first day of the next June term of this court, and answer the complainants' bill; or the same will be taken for confessed - and that a copy of this order be published in some authorised newspaper of Kentucky for two months successively.
