This Indenture made this 18th day of April 1836 between

John Irvan & Miles Kelly , each of them of County of Calloway & State

of Kentucky, for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and ninety dollars

to him in hand paid for a tract of land, being the North east quarter of section twenty-six

Township one Range three East, containing one hundred and sixty acres. In Testimony he has

set his hand and seal the day and date above written.
