Deed from James Price to U. C. P' Pool
Indenture made this 3rd day of June 1836, witnesseth that I, James Price and Sarah Price, and U. C. P' Pool. That Price has sold a lott to U. C. P' Pool for and in consideration of the sum of thirty-five dollars in hand paid, lying on the east fork of Clark's River, being North of the residence of R. W. P 'Pool, beginning at the stake in the branch on the dividing line between R. W. P' Pool and Price, then running to include the spring, fifty-three yards to a small white oak bush, then north of west to a white oak, then west of south down a gully branch, then south across the main branch to the division line between Price and P' Pool, then down the line to the beginning to include three and a half acres. I do hereby acknowledge and cause my seal to be affixed
