Deed from Thomas Sanders to Jacob Sanders

Indenture made this 20th day of January 1835 between Thomas Sanders and Jacob Sanders, all of the county of Calloway and state of Kentucky, for and in consideration of the sum of eighty dollars to me in hand paid for a tract of land lying on the East fork of Clark's River, the one half of the North east quarter of land in section 19 Township 2 Range 5 East, containing eighty acres. In witness Thomas Sanders, together with Sally Sanders, his wife, who relinquishes her right of dower, have set their hands and seals the day and date above written.
