Deed from W. D. Horner to R. A. Hale
For and in consideration of the sum of nine hundred and twenty five dollars in hand paid, we W. D. Horner and wife V. E. Horner, have sold to R.A. Hale , a tract of land lying in west Mayfield, being the west half of the following land, except of that part sold to James Holcomb, viz, part of Block No. 7, known in the plan of the addition to the town of Mayfield as West Mayfield, Kentucky, beginning on the south line of the block on the north side of the Mayfield and Columbus Road east of R.E. Griffith's southwest corner. Indenture made this 19th day of December 1887.

Indenture made this 7th day of November 1887, between F. M. McGrew and wife A. S. G. McGrew of Green County, Arkansas, and Obadiah Whitt of Graves County, Kentucky, for in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars to them in hand paid, for a one third interest in the real estate of W. W. A. Miller, her father now deceased, she being now twenty one years of age, having reached her majority on the 5th day of November 1887, the tract of land being in Graves County.

For and in consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars to them in hand paid by N. C. Pitman in crops of tobacco, we James L. and John J. Sherrill, do sell to Pitman, a tract of land containing twenty acres, beginning at the southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed by the Sherrill's to C. V. Ozment, being part of Southeast quarter of Section 17 Township 3 Range 1 East. Witness our hands this 22nd day of December 1887.

For and in consideration of the sum of forty dollars in hand paid, we, E. L. Burnett and wife Masy S. Burnett, and W. J. Hendricks and wife Julia A. Hendricks, do sell to W. J. Smith, a tract of land, being two eighths undivided interest in and to the south half of the southwest quarter of Section 4 Township 4 Range 2 East, being the same tract inherited by Mary S. Burnett and Julia A. Hendricks from the estate of their mother, Mrs. M. C. Owens. Witness our hands this 23rd day of December 1887.

In consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars to him in hand paid, except for six hundred and fifty dollars due June 1st 1888, I, John T. Myles, have sold to D. L. Davis, the north halk of Section 13 Township 5 Range 1 West, except 45 acres out of the southwest corner of the Northwest quarter of the section now owned by William McReynolds, leaving in the tract about 278 1/2 acres.
