In the Name of God, Amen. I William Barron of the County of Grayson . . .
3rd I will and bequeath to my Son William Loyd Barron all that part of my farm on which I now live . . . My desire is also that my Son Wm Loyd Barron is to see to and take care of his mother during her lifetime or widowhood . . .
3rd I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth Barron all the ballance of my Real and personal Estate during her natural lifetime or widowhood . . . but at my beloved wife's death or in case she should marry my desire is that all my real and personal Estate be sold and the proceeds be equally divided between all of my lawful heirs except my Son Wm L. Barron . . . Lastly I do appoint my beloved wife Elizabeth Barron and my Son William L. Barron as my executor . . . Given under my hand and seal this 17th day of September 1856. .. . I, Martin, Higdon, . . . ., hereby declare this my last will and testament.
I give and bequeath all my estate, real and personal, to my brother, Joseph, and I appoint add constitute him to be the executor without bonds of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this sixth day of October, in the year nineteen hundred and twenty four.
