HAMILTON-BARR
Young   Couple   From   Near Carlisle Are Married Here
The finale of a pretty romance was reached yesterday morning, at 10 o'clock in this city when Mr. James R.
Hamilton and Miss Mayme Barr were quietly married at the home of the Rev. Thomas Minvard, at Fourth and Broadway.
The bride Is the attractive daughter of Robert Barr, residing in the country near Carlisle  Mr. Hamilton Is the son of a prominent farmer living near Carlisle.
The newly married couple are guests of, W. T. Martin, of this city, and will leave this afternoon for Carlisle. They will make their home in the country, where Mr. Hamilton is interested in farming.

CARLISLE BANKER WEDS
CARLlSLE Ky., Oct. 2-Henry Carter of Carlisle and Miss Christine Parker of Bloomington, Ind., were married at Bloominggton. Ind. the bride has visited in this city and is a charming and popular young lady. Mr. Carter is connected with the Farmers' Bank of this city.

ELOPERS MARRIED
CARLISLE  COUPLE  COME HERE, SECURE LICENSE AND ARE MARRIED AT THE LELAND.
Samuel Kerns and Miss Julia Turley, of Carlisle Ky. were married at the Leland Hotel at 8 o'clock, last
night by the Rev. James Simpson. The couple arrived on the late evening train from Carlisle and immediately
proceeded to get the license from Deputy County Clerk Con J. Reagan, who was at his home.
They gave their ages at twenty-one years, and said that they had come here because of the objections of parents.
The happy couple will leave this morning for their home, and hope to receive the parental blessing.

CARLISLE  COUPLE MARRIED IN CITY
The Rev. Dr. C. F. Evans, at his home, 340 Woodland Avenue, Wednesday afternoon united Walter P. Hazelrigg and Miss Lillian D. Wills, both of Carlisle, Ky., in the bonds of matrimony.
The bride and bridegroom came to this city Wednesday morning with a number of friends who attended the
wedding. The marriage was a pretty affair after which the bride and bride-groom with their escort of friends
returned to Carlisle where they will make their home.

CARLISLE COUPLE MARRIED BY REV. CHARLES R EVANS
Mr Rhodes Burton and Miss Martha Potts a prominent young couple of Carlisle were quietly married by Rev. Charles F. Evans at his home, 421 West Third Street this city, yesterday, afternoon at 1 o'clock.
The cermony was witnessed by Mr and Mrs Harry King, also of Carlisle who accompanied the bridal couple to
Lexington yesterday morning by automobile.  Mr Burton was formerly a student at Transylvania University.
the jolly party left immediately after the ceremony for their homes.

POPULAR COUPLE ARE MARRIED AT CARLISLE
CARLISLE, Ky. June 17.Mr. Wise Tolliver and Miss Catherine Harper of this city,  Surprised their friends this
morning when they eloped to Covington and were married. The bridegroom is the assistant ticket agent at Carlisle, and the bride is one of the most popular members of the younger set. Mr. and Mrs. Tolliver went on to Washington. D. C, on their bridal trip.
