Vernon, Christopher, guardian of the orphans of Lewis Evans, requested and was granted a resurvey of a tract called "The Town" or "Parkers Land".  Thomas Larkin was appointed by the jury to resurvey the tract, court action dated 07 May 1705.  Jury: John Gresham (sheriff), Thomas Larkin (surveyor), John Blackmore, Abraham Birckhead, John Bally, Henry Lazenby, Daniel Brown, Robert Wood, Thomas Watkins, Samuel Maccubin, Seaborne Tucker, James Wood, Jonathon Stephy and Jonathon Jones
