This Indenture made this seventh day of November eighteen hundred and nineteen
between Harriott Norwood Thomas H. Wright and Mary F. Wright his wife Edward Norwood and Thomas W Hall Guardians
of Elizabith H Norwood of the one part and William Bowie of Prince Georges County and state of Maryland of the
other part Whereas a certain Edward Narwood departed this life siezed and possessed of the tract or parcel of land
herein after mentioned and described leaving four children to wit Harriott Norwood Mary F Norwood now Mary F Wright
Edward Norwood and Elizabeth H Norwood and whereas the said Mary hath since intermarried with Thomas H Wright and
the said Harriet Norwood Thomas H Wright and Mary his wife Edward Norwood and Elizabeth H Norwood did agree to
sell and convey unto the said William Bowie the part of a tract or parcel of land herein after mentioned and described
and did sign seal and deliver a bond of conveyance testifying said agreement and whereas the said Harrit Norwood,
Thomas H Wright and Mary his wife Edward Norwwod and Thomas W. Hall guardian of Elizabeth H. Norwood (the said
Elizabeth H. Norwood since the execution of said agreement having become lunatic and the said Thomas W. Hall having
been appointed her guardian by the High Court of Chancery of Maryland) have received of said William Bowie the
sum of eighteen thousand three Hundred and seventy dollars the sum agreed upon as the purchase money for said tract
or parcel of Land – Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Harriet Norwood Thomas H. Wright and Mary his wife,
Edward Norwood and Thomas W. Hall for and in consideration of the premises and of the sum of five dollars to them
in hand paid at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien enfeoff
and convey unto the said William Bowie his heirs and assigns all that part of a tract of Land called Darnalls grove
lying and being in Prince Georges county and contained within the following Metes and bounds to wit Beginning for
the same at a stone planted by Edward Norwood and Isaac and Baruck Duckett as a dividing boundary between them
at the north west corner of said Norwood’s part of the whole tract called Darnalls grove the running north eighty
five degrees fifteen minutes east four hundred fifty nine perches and four fifths of a perch to the last line of
a tract of Land called Enfield Chance then with said line corrected south two degrees east one Hundred and sixty
perches to a Stone set up by Thomas W. Hall and Notley Young it being upon a line agreed upon by them then south
eighty five degrees fifteen minutes west three hundred seventy three perches with the line agreed upon as aforesaid
to a stone planted by William Bowie Thomas W. Hall and Notley Young then south eighty five degrees west eighty
perches to a stone planted thence with a straight line to the beginning containing four Hundred fifty nine acres
and a quarter more or less. To Have and to Hold the Same with the appertenances unto the said William Bowie
his heirs and assigns.
In Witness whereof the parties of the first part have hereto set their hand and affixed their seals the day and year first above written.

Be it remembered that on this seventeenth day of November eighteen Hundred and nineteen before the undersigned two of the Justices of the peace in and for the said county personally appear Harriet Norwood Thomas H. Wright Edward Norwood and Thomas W. Hall parties grantors above named and acknowledge the within Deed or Instrument of Writing to be their act and Deed and the Lands and premises therein mentioned and thereby bargained and sold to be the right and estate of the within named William Bowie party grantee his heirs and assigns forever according to the true intent and meaning of the said Deed and the acts of assembly in such cases made and provided. And at the Same time personally appears Mary F. Wright wife of the said Thomas H. Wright before me and acknowledges the said Deed or Instrument of Writing to be her act and Deed and the lands and premises therein mentioned to be the right and estate of the within named William Bowie his heirs and assigns forever and the said Mary F. Wright being by us privately examined apart from and out of the hearing of her husband, whether She doth make her acknowledgment of the Same willingly and freely and without being induced thereto by fear or threats of or ill usage by her husband or fear of his displeasure acknowledges that She doth make this acknowledgment of the Same willingly and freely and without being induced thereto by fear or threats of or ill usage by her husband or fear of his displeasure.

This Deed made this Sixteenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Sixty Seven by us Thomas S. Martin and Catherine E. Martin his wife of Charles County, Maryland, Witnesseth that in consideration of the Sum of four hundred dollars, we the said Thomas S. Martin and Catherine E. Martin his wife, do grant unto Andrew I. Cawood, all our right title and interest in and to all that piece or parcel of land of which the late John B. F. Cawood died seized and possessed, situated in Prince George's County Maryland called "Mount Air" generally or by whatsoever name, or names called or known, containing two hundred acres more or less -- our said interests being two undivided sevenths thereof one in sight of the said Catherine E. Martin, as one of the children and heirs at law of said John B. F. Cawood and the other in sight of the said Thomas S. Martin as assignee of Charles H. Cawood the eldest son and another of the heirs at law of said John B. F. Cawood, as will appear by reference to his deed of conveyance thereof duly executed and recorded among the land records of Prince George's County aforesaid. Witness our hands and seals --
