JOSEPH S. ALLSTON to RICHARD H. GARNER et al., 8 Jun 1869

This deed made this 8th day of June in the year eighteen hundred & sixty nine by me Joseph S. Allstan of St. Mary's County State of Maryland, Witnesseth, that in consideration of the sum of Eleven hundred dollars current money paid in hand, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I the said Joseph S. Allstan do grant bargain sell & assign unto Richard H. Garner Henry G. Garner Billingsley Garner & William Wood Garner of St. Mary's County & State aforesaid all right title interest & estate that I have or may have as tenant by the courtesy in the right of my late wife Julia E. Allstan in & to all the real estate belonging to or which may belong to the estate of the late Wm. H. Garner decd. the above named grantees, being the surviving children & heirs at law of the said deceased William H. Garner.

On this 8th day of June 1869 before me a Justice of the peace of State & County aforesaid personally appeared Joseph S. Allstan the grantor in the aforementioned deed & acknowledged the aforegoing deed to be his act.
