An act to change the names of persons therein mentioned.  Be it enacted, etc., as follows:

That John Smith, of Sunderland, may take the name of John Rowe Smith

that Olive Cary, of Montague, may take the name of Olive Holton; both in the county of Franklin.

An act to change the names of persons therein mentioned.  Be it enacted, etc., as follows:

That Meshack Wilbur, of Warwick, may take the name of Priest Wilbur

that David Wood, of Hawley, may take the name of David Hough Wood

that Sarah Ann Renough, of Hawley, a minor, may take the name of Sarah Ann King

that Africa Gates, of Wendell, may take the name of Edmund Gates

that Relief Wells, of Bernardstown, may take the name of Mary Gould

that James Kilton, of Buckland, may take the name of James Carlton

that Hannah Kilton, wife of the said James Kilton, that his minor son William Augustus Leverit, and his minor daughters, Mary Elizabeth , Sabra Willis and Jane Lurissa, may severally take the surname of Carlton

that Norman Marsh, of Sunderland, may take the name of Norman Homer Marsh

that Meroe Porter, of Leverett, may take the name of Lucy Meroe Porter

that Harriet Shepard, a minor daughter of Amos Shepard, of Buckland, may take the name of Harriet Asenath Shepard; all of the county of Franklin.

Sally Death, of Wendell, may take the name of Sally Davis, also their children, viz.: William S., Eliza, Oliver, Mary E., Benjamin, Royal Francis, Hannah Jane, Sarah Ann, Eliza Sophronia, may severally take the surname of Davis

John Sumner Mudge, of Northfield, may take the name of John Green Mudge

Sabra Willis Carlton, of Buckland, minor, may take the name of Sabra Maranca Carlton

William Dwight Monk, of Deerfield, may take the name of William Dwight

Candace M. Master, of Buckland, may take the name of Candace Carr Howard

Daniel Sweetland, of Bernardston, adopted son of Richard Montague, may take the name of Daniel Richard Montague

Wealthy Minerva Roxana Trask of Leverett, may take the name of Wealthy Roxana Cowles, also her two minor children, Sarah Maria, and George Evens, may severally take the surname of Cowles

Leander Morton, of Whately, may take the name of Leander Lincoln Morton; all of the county of Franklin.
