His brother was Friend Chapman Knapp. His son was Dr. Harry Butler Knapp, Sr. Dr. Harry's wife was Dr. Nettie Evans Knapp.    Dr. Nettie was a heart specialist at Kellogg's and possibly Dr. Harry was too.   Dr. Kellogg, Dr. Nettie Evans Knapp and "adopted daughter"   See Ovid Knapp's autobiography (at Richard Stauff's page: www.stauffr.com)
