ALBERT H. LIGHTCAP . . . HE CANNOT MARCH TODAY

Because of age and a recent illness, Commander Lightcap, last surviving Jackson member of the G.A.R., today sought consolation from touch of a silken flag presented him by the Women's Relief Corps, as he sat at a window in his home watching uniformed men hurrying downtown for the Armistice Day parade. For the first time in many years Commander Lightcap was unable to respond to the invitation to appear in a parade here.
