Notice is hereby given that under and by virtue of a writ of Fiera Facias issued out of and under the seal of the Circuit Court for the county of Ontonagon, in the State of Michigan, against the goods, chattles, land, and tenements, of William Goldsworthy, and to me directed and delivered, I have levied upon seized and taken all the estate, right, title and interest of the said William Goldsworthy, in and to the following described real estate to wit: Fourteen lots, numbered from one to fourteen, inclusive, in Block twenty four, in the village of Maple Grove, all in the county of Ontonagon in the state of Michigan, being the entire of said Block twenty-four, which I shall expose for sale at public vendue at the outer door of the Fireman's Hall, in the village of Ontonagon, in said County and State, that being the place of holding the Circuit Court for the county in which the said real estate is situated, on Monday the 3d day of August, A.D. 1868 at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day.
